Conducted in association with Wickliff Consulting This auction is for items located in the estate home, which is sold and closing soon. NO STORAGE IS AVAILABLE! All items must be removed, or shipping contracted for, within 7 DAYS OF AUCTION DATE! Payment is due by Friday, January 27, before 3pm, for bidders wishing to pick up their items on Saturday or Sunday. Payment is due by Wednesday, February 1, for bidders requiring shipping. Local pickup will be available by appointment on Saturday, January 28, 11am-4pm, and Sunday, January 29, 1pm-4pm. Appointments are necessary due to the limited parking. There is no parking on the main street, and Talbott Street, along the east side of the home, is one way with parking on one side. Shipping is being offered through our primary shipping agent for this auction, The UPS Store, 4000 W 106th St #125, Carmel, IN 46032, 317-733-4010, email (preferred contact method) store3906@theupsstore.com. Please contact them WELL BEFORE 48 hours prior to the auction closing to get a shipping quote. Winning bidders are encouraged to contact them as soon as possible, as after 10 days, items remaining in the property will be considered abandoned, and will be resold with no refund to the original purchaser. PICKUP DATE, AT THE RESIDENCE (winning bidders will receive address in paid invoice; property is near Fall Creek Parkway and Meridian Street, on the near north side of Indianapolis) See item #500 in this auction for information on pickup, payment and shipping. Please bring a copy of your paid receipt with you. Please also bring any needed boxes, packing or wrapping material, and loading labor if needed.
